Raya

As a kid I really didn’t hear much of RFIS since I was homeschooled. When I was in 6th grade however, things changed and my parents told me about their consideration of putting me into Rain Forest International School. 

 

My first year at RFIS was scary and new. I had all these questions of “Will I make any friends?” and “Will I be able to deal with the academics?” Looking back at these questions, they seem so little now. Through the coming years, I was able to make friends and was able to get through the academics. 

 

RFIS helped me grow not just emotionally but spiritually. The Lord used RFIS and the teachers there to show me more about Himself. When I was attending RFIS, the Lord gave me a chance to have a better foundation in Him. Through that I learned to grow and to be resilient in the struggles of school and life in general. 

 

RFIS has been such a blessing, and I cannot thank the Lord enough for putting me in that school. Rain Forest is so special and I pray that it will continue to thrive and grow for the Lord.
