Sam

Hello, my name is Sam, and I was a student at RFIS for 6 years. I cannot exaggerate it enough those six years were some of the most instructive and formative of my life. While at Rain Forest I participated in almost every facet of student life that was offered ranging from academics to small groups to athletics and everything in between. The school, despite its size, offers such a wide variety of opportunities that students often fill up their time before they exhaust all the options available.

My time at RFIS was a blessing to me it really helped me in my walk with Christ. In  study hall I had the opportunity to go to the prayer garden and spend time with the Lord and that was really a blessing to me to be able to take time in my schedule and grow in my faith. I also enjoyed the various topical Bible classes such as classes on prayer and ethics.

The other facet of RFIS that I really enjoyed was the athletics department. I enjoyed having a physical education class throughout my school experience where we learned many sports that I can now play in college. I also enjoyed being on the sports teams such as volleyball and football. The sports teams are competitive and are a good way to meet people from other schools and cultures.
